Vologda Region Launches Relocation Chatbot and Expands Financial Incentives
A chatbot called Priyezzhay na Vologodchinu (Come to Vologda Region) has been launched in the MAX messenger, bringing together more than 70 support programs for people willing to relocate to the region. Regional authorities simultaneously announced new financial incentives for newcomers.

Through a simple menu, users can access information about benefits and services available to students, families with children, young professionals such as doctors, teachers, and agricultural workers, as well as entrepreneurs.
Speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Filimonov announced two new payments. Since June 1, a parent under the age of 35 who relocates to the region for employment or self-employment will receive 125,000 rubles (about $1,700) upon the birth of a second child. Relocating residents who find work through the state employment service and register the birth of a child with a local civil registry office will receive 361,530 rubles (about $4,900).
