Artificial Intelligence Will Help Russian Officials Stay Organized
A new AI‑powered system is being introduced in Russia to automatically turn spoken content from government meetings into complete, professionally formatted protocols.

AI for Administrative Efficiency
In the Kaluga region, officials are launching a project that allows artificial intelligence to convert speech from government meetings into ready‑to‑use documents. The initiative was presented by Deputy Governor Dmitry Razumovsky at the “Digital Solutions” forum. According to him, the new system, called the “AI Official’s Office,” is already being actively implemented and is expected to significantly reduce the time employees spend preparing protocols after videoconferences.
Built on Scalable AI Platforms
Developers rely on platform technologies created by leading Russian AI teams. The region is betting on scalable solutions that can be quickly adapted to the needs of government institutions. Generated documents will include sector‑specific information and adhere to formal administrative standards. While the service is currently being deployed within regional structures, it is expected to become available to a broader group of users later on.
A Step Toward Smarter Public Administration
The “Digital Solutions” forum, where the project was presented, is organized by the Ministry of Digital Development with government support. It brings together representatives of public administration and the IT industry. Initiatives like the Kaluga project highlight how modern technologies optimize workflows and improve communication within government agencies.
