Kaisi Mazen: Arab Countries Are Interested in Technology Cooperation With Russia
The Second Global Digital Forum is now in its third day at the Mechta venue in Moscow’s Gorky Park. IT developers, scientists and public figures from 120 countries have come together to share experience and explore opportunities for technological partnerships.

Kaisi Mazen (Republic of Belarus), representing Arab unions affiliated with the League of Arab States, told the IT Russia media platform about his impressions of the forum and the priorities for cooperation:
– I’m representing, you could say, all Arab countries, although I came from Syria myself. I had heard about your forum, but this year I was genuinely and positively shocked. There are so many participants here, and they represent a very wide range of levels.
There were many sessions, but we chose the areas where we have expertise and can get involved quickly. I think that next year, together with the forum’s leadership and organizers, we could hold a dedicated session on cooperation between Arab countries and the Russian Federation.
Russia has proved that it is a strong country that others want to work with. We can exchange knowledge and technology and build partnerships with all friendly nations. Arab countries are ready to learn from Russia and from other countries. But I think cooperation with Russia will be particularly beneficial.
