Mohammad Saber Shah: IT Russia and Chittagong Live Agree to Cooperate in Combating Disinformation
At the 2nd Global Digital Forum in Moscow, the IT Russia media platform and Chittagong Live, a Bangladeshi news portal, signed a cooperation agreement.
Mohammad Saber Shah, head of the portal, said the partnership aims to promote information exchange, strengthen cultural ties and improve the accuracy of coverage of Russia and international events.
– Signing an agreement with the Russian media platform IT Russia is very important to me. Today, we live in a global village. I work in Bangladesh, while IT Russia operates in Russia, and it’s important for us to cooperate. Information is often distorted, disinformation spreads, and facts are misinterpreted. Together, we need to make sure readers and users of our portals can distinguish reliable information from unreliable information.
I believe our partnership will create new opportunities for both sides, especially in cultural exchange, learning about each other’s traditions, and sharing knowledge and important information.
Bangladesh gained independence in 1971, and Russia has been a reliable friend and supporter of our country from the very beginning. Our countries already enjoy good relations, so I believe our cooperation will develop quickly.
