Rosatom has agreed to cooperate with the Dubna Special Economic Zone on the development of industrial robotics. The agreement was signed during the Metalloobrabotka-2026 trade show focused on manufacturing technologies and industrial equipment.

The partnership is intended to combine resources for the design, development, and mass production of domestically made industrial robots. The project is aimed at further reducing reliance on imported technologies while building a high-tech industrial cluster capable of supplying strategic sectors with locally developed robotic systems.

“Rosatom has a unique technological base and the expertise needed to provide critical infrastructure and strategic industries with advanced robotic systems. We design robotic platforms specifically for processes and operating conditions where other solutions simply do not work,” said Andrey Gromov, CEO of Atomintelmash.

All manufacturing operations are expected to be based at the Titan industrial park in the Moscow region.
