Russia Builds a ‘PAZL’ of Integrated Educational Services
A new national digital platform brings together courses, webinars, and professional events into a single accessible ecosystem for specialists working in rehabilitation and support services

A Unified Entry Point
A new digital platform called PAZL — the “Platform for Adapting Knowledge of Leaders” — has launched in Russia. Created with the support of the Center for Social Innovation “Technologies of Opportunities” and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the system is designed to strengthen educational and professional development programs for specialists working with people with disabilities.
The platform acts as a single window for online courses, webinars, and specialized events. Integrated into the national “Rehabilitation Industry of Russia” directory, it connects nonprofit specialists, experts, and organizations with training materials and professional communities in one digital environment.
High Loads, Stable Performance
The system was developed by the IT company ENSIGN. Its architecture is optimized for high traffic and stable operation, using proven web technologies, analytics tools, and performance-oriented interface components. A dedicated education module enables organizers to customize course structures, upload various learning materials, and track user progress.
Designed for Everyone
According to ENSIGN senior partner Alexey Postrigailo, the core mission was to create a clear, accessible platform where each function serves a practical purpose. This approach helped make PAZL intuitive for users with different levels of digital literacy.
Today, PAZL hosts more than 55 courses and around 66 events, with 36 instructors involved in the educational programs. The number of registered users has exceeded 2 million. The development team continues to expand the platform’s functionality and adapt it to new learning formats.
The project stands as a practical example of how digital technologies can support federal-level social initiatives and build more inclusive access to knowledge.
