Russia Launches Unified Educational Platform for Teachers and Students

The new system on the Gosuslugi portal offers free access to verified learning materials, ensuring equal educational opportunities for all schoolchildren across the country.

Russia has launched a large-scale educational content library through the super service “Gosuslugi. My School.” Now every teacher and student in the country has free, convenient access to top-quality digital materials that fully meet federal standards. This marks an important step toward creating a modern and equitable educational environment, where every child, regardless of where they live, can access knowledge equally. It also demonstrates how modern technologies can be applied to national challenges—improving education quality, accessibility, and management efficiency nationwide.

As IT-Russia reported citing the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, the new system is designed to make teaching and learning more efficient and tech-driven. Teachers can easily find lesson materials, combine content from different developers into custom courses, and quickly share assignments with students via QR code. For parents and students, it means having all necessary resources in one reliable place—the official Gosuslugi app.

All content in the library complies with school programs approved by the Ministry of Education, guaranteeing reliability and relevance. Access is funded by the state, relieving financial pressure on families and schools. Teachers can flexibly structure their courses, while the system automatically monitors workload, recommending materials in line with safe screen time. Integration with the electronic gradebook and the Gosuslugi portal ensures that teachers receive access only to the classes and subjects they actually teach.
