Russian Tech Giant Sber Launches Virtual Marketing Strategist
The AI-powered service promises to boost the efficiency of ad campaigns by showing entrepreneurs where to find customers and how to calculate the right budget.

At the Eastern Economic Forum, Sber introduced its new service, the “Virtual Marketing Strategist.” The tool is designed to help small and medium-sized businesses craft advertising strategies without hiring costly consultants.
This isn’t Sber’s first digital product for entrepreneurs. The company has recently rolled out a cloud platform for mass mailings, a “Multibank” system for corporate clients, and a service that connects businesses with large buyers. The new AI assistant joins this growing ecosystem.
The Virtual Marketing Strategist runs on Sber’s GigaChat neural network for business and leverages neuromarketing technologies. Entrepreneurs receive an interactive, personalized advertising plan by answering a set of questions. The AI then outlines where and how to attract customers and estimates the necessary budget.
According to Anatoly Popov, Deputy Chairman of Sber’s Executive Board, the system analyzes historical data to identify key trends and consumer behavior patterns. Based on these insights, it generates recommendations for using different marketing tools.
