Zeleny Koridor Investment Platform Set to Debut in Kamchatka
The digital service is designed to speed up project approvals and reduce administrative barriers for investors.

The Zeleny Koridor (Green Corridor) platform is to be presented on February 18 at the VI Sustainable Development Forum of Kamchatka. The digital service was created specifically for investors and is intended to simplify interactions between businesses, government authorities, and utility providers, while accelerating project implementation and lowering administrative hurdles, the outlet Kamchatka Segodnya reported.
The platform lives up to its name. Each investor and project manager receives a personal account within the system. Alexander Mylnikov, генеральный директор of AO Korporatsiya Razvitiya Kamchatki (Kamchatka Development Corporation), said Zeleny Koridor significantly reduces the time required to review documents and issue permits. The virtual format also increases transparency and makes project management easier.
Zeleny Koridor Heads to Kamchatka
Zeleny Koridor has already demonstrated its effectiveness. The platform operates successfully in the Leningrad and Volgograd regions. Regional officials point to those territories’ high positions in the National Investment Climate Ranking as evidence of the service’s impact. Now the platform is expanding to Kamchatka.
Earlier reports noted that the Korporatsiya Razvitiya Respubliki Bashkortostan (Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan) launched InvestBot, described not as a simple Q&A chatbot but as a full-scale financial modeling tool.
