Arjun Roy: AI Will Be Used More Widely in Gaming and Government

The major digital event has brought together representatives of dozens of countries and IT companies, along with more than 1,000 experts. Participants are discussing not only technology development, but also digital infrastructure and new ways of working together.

Arjun Roy spoke to an IT Russia correspondent about prospects for cooperation between Russia and Indonesia:

– This is my first time in Moscow. I have to say, there are so many interesting places here. In Indonesia, we study Russian history at school, so here I have seen many historic sites I had heard about back home. That has been very interesting for me.

Indeed, my expectations for the forum are very high because this is a place where experts from Russia, my country and other countries can come together and exchange experience. There is a lot to learn about the latest technology developments, and I can see that Russia is very advanced in these areas. Yesterday, in particular, we visited a technology hub and a gaming hub. We can see that the Russian government supports the development of these sectors. This is a great example that we can draw on and develop in our own country.

Over the next few years, I believe artificial intelligence will continue to advance, particularly in the gaming industry, and AI and gaming will become increasingly integrated. AI will also be used more widely by the government sector. So companies and entrepreneurs need to understand how to develop AI for these areas. That will be a major focus in the years ahead.
