Emmanuel Mugisha: Russia Has Made Significant Progress in AI, and We Hope Cooperation Will Benefit Us
The 2nd Global Digital Forum in Moscow brought together representatives from different countries to exchange expertise and discuss opportunities for cooperation in IT.
Participants are exploring Russian technological developments and identifying areas for joint projects. For Emmanuel Mugisha, a representative from Uganda, the forum marked his first visit to Russia. He shared his impressions with the IT Russia media platform.
– I’m very glad to be taking part in the Global Digital Forum. This is my first visit to Russia, and it’s been a wonderful experience. We’ve had the opportunity to learn about technologies developed in your country, visit the National Exhibition Center and listen to presentations by many speakers. Their presentations were very informative and insightful.
I’m most interested in artificial intelligence and the opportunities it offers African countries. Russia has made significant progress in AI, and we hope cooperation with Russian partners will benefit our continent.
I look forward to developing these ties further. I’ll share what I’ve learned at the forum with my colleagues and partners back home.
