AI Cuts Hiring Time in Half at Russian Company
A Russian auto parts importer has reduced hiring times from weeks to days by deploying an AI system that automates recruitment from job posting to job offer.

The company implemented NeuralFlow HR, an AI-driven recruitment platform that manages the entire hiring pipeline. The system analyzes resumes, evaluates candidates by skills, experience, education, and soft skills, detects fake information, integrates with job portals, and oversees the process from opening a vacancy to sending an offer.
Results were immediate: average hiring time dropped from 28 days to 14, while critical positions were filled in 10 days instead of 30. The HR team was freed from repetitive tasks, the share of new hires successfully passing probation increased, and the cost of acquiring candidates fell by more than half.
Automation, in other words, didn’t just speed up hiring — it made it cheaper and more reliable.
Earlier this year, a major Russian retail chain also reported that it had introduced a robot to handle its recruitment process, highlighting how AI is quickly transforming the country’s labor market.
