AI Assistants to Power Advertising for Russian Companies
Yandex is rolling out artificial intelligence tools that turn complex campaign management into a simple conversation.

Starting in November 2025, Yandex Advertising will begin integrating AI assistants across its major platforms—Direct, Metrica, AppMetrica, and the Yandex Advertising Network. The new system will let users interact with their ad tools through natural language requests like “Generate a weekly conversion report” or “Show campaign spending.” Within seconds, the AI will analyze data and deliver a ready-made report.
From Manual Management to Machine Intelligence
The AI assistants are designed to help both beginners and seasoned marketers. New users can quickly learn how to navigate complex dashboards, while professionals can automate routine tasks, dive deeper into analytics, and test new hypotheses faster.
In Direct, the AI will prepare analytical insights; in Metrica, it will identify growth points for websites; and in AppMetrica, it will analyze complex mobile app metrics.
According to Yandex, the shift marks more than just a feature update—it’s a fundamental transformation in how digital advertising is managed. The company reports that its neural technologies have already boosted ad tool efficiency by 29 percent.
“Specialized assistants turn hours of manual work into a simple dialogue,” said Alexey Shtokolov, Yandex Advertising’s Director of Product and Artificial Intelligence. “That allows specialists to focus on creative and strategic challenges instead of repetitive tasks.”
By embedding AI directly into its ad ecosystem, Yandex is positioning itself at the forefront of a broader global trend: making digital marketing not only data-driven, but conversational.
