Lot Mueshininga Junior Muteka: Cooperation with Russia Will Help Develop Digital Education in Namibia
Participants at the 2nd Global Digital Forum in Moscow are discussing how cooperation in the digital sector can go beyond individual projects and help address issues of global importance.

The forum is taking place from October 8 to 10 at the Mechta venue in Gorky Park. Throughout the event, participants are discussing digital sovereignty and new technology solutions, as well as international partnerships.
On the sidelines of the forum, Namibian representative Lot Mueshininga Junior Muteka spoke to an IT Russia correspondent about the agreement signed with the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) and plans for cooperation in digital technology and education.
– I would like to say that getting to know RAEC, the Russian Association for Electronic Communications, is a great opportunity for us to build communication and partnerships in digital technology.
This agreement will launch projects in education and digital learning, as well as projects to develop critical infrastructure for services. We expect to see the first practical results of this cooperation in January 2027.
