Mekuria Guye: “Artificial Intelligence Can Help Address Security Challenges”
The 2nd Global Digital Forum, taking place in Moscow from October 8 to 10, has brought together IT professionals from 120 countries to explore Russian technologies.

Today, at the Mechta venue in Gorky Park, participants are exploring the latest technological developments and looking for opportunities to launch joint projects with international partners.
Mekuria Guye of Ethiopia spoke to the IT Russia media platform about his impressions of the forum’s first few days:
– I work at Bule Hora University in Ethiopia, where I’m involved in academic programs. We’re particularly interested in learning about new technologies and exploring how they can be used in education.
I’m also interested in security issues. This is a concern for Ethiopia and the African continent as a whole. I believe artificial intelligence and computer systems can help address it.
