Muhammad Mohid Ayyaz Khan: We Need to Understand How Artificial Intelligence Affects People, Especially Children

During the forum, Muhammad Mohid Ayyaz Khan, co-founder and CEO of Quantum Age (Pakistan), spoke to the IT Russia media platform about what such meetings offer participants and what results they could produce in the future:

– Our company is registered in Pakistan, Canada and Saudi Arabia, although our headquarters are in Pakistan. We specialize in artificial intelligence technologies. We have our own research and development center, as well as solutions in computer vision, micro-applications and other areas. We offer a wide range of products and services.

We frequently attend similar conferences around the world. In particular, we take part in the largest digital technology conference held in Saudi Arabia. For us, the main value of such events is hearing from professionals and other participants about the challenges that arise as new technologies develop, ways to reduce the associated risks, and opportunities to regulate them.

Of course, all aspects related to artificial intelligence are of the greatest importance to me. We need to understand how artificial intelligence affects people, especially children. There are, of course, many different factors to consider. I am also interested in how AI can be used in healthcare. These issues need to be regulated because technologies should benefit everyone. At the same time, special attention needs to be paid to children and the content distributed on social media. It is important to make sure children consume content that does not harm them. The way content is screened today is not enough for that.
