AI Assistant Named Vita Handles 35,000 Calls From Pet Owners in Moscow Region
The AI-powered voice assistant has processed more than 35,000 veterinary-related inquiries, with nearly two-thirds resolved without the involvement of a human operator.
The information was released by the press service of the Moscow Region Ministry of Public Administration. Vita operates around the clock, providing contact details and operating hours for veterinary clinics, connecting callers with the nearest veterinary station, answering questions about stray dog control, and helping residents file requests to remove invasive Sosnovsky hogweed.
According to the developers, the service’s main advantage is time savings. Users no longer need to search for information online or contact multiple organizations directly. The data provided by Vita is continuously updated and verified.
