According to Vladimir Sakharov, Head of Special Projects, the core concept of RELEX.Coin is built on non‑material incentives. Employees earn internal corporate coins that can be exchanged for unique rewards in a dedicated marketplace. These may include company merchandise, souvenirs, gift certificates, or even unconventional perks such as an extra day off or customized bonuses.
Gamification plays a central role in keeping daily workflows engaging. The platform introduces competitive elements such as ratings and leaderboards to increase motivation and help teams maintain productivity in long‑term projects.
The system also emphasizes transparency: employee activities are visible across the organization. A social feed supports real‑time interaction, allowing users to publish posts, comment on colleagues’ updates, and participate in open discussions to strengthen team cohesion.
