Saad Ibraheem: It Is Important to Strike a Balance When Using Artificial Intelligence
Experts in IT and AI from 120 countries have gathered at the Mechta venue in Moscow’s Gorky Park for the 2nd Global Digital Forum, which opened today and runs through October 10.

Delegates are exploring how to make the digital environment safe and fair for everyone while discussing the limits of acceptable AI use. Colonel General Saad Ibraheem (Iraq) spoke to the IT Russia media platform about developing cooperation and approaches to using artificial intelligence:
– My impressions of the forum are excellent, and I would like to offer special thanks to the organizers. Our main goal is to strengthen cooperation and do everything possible to further develop ties between our two countries.
One of today’s forum topics was artificial intelligence. We presented our perspective on its impact on society and government institutions. We also discussed rules for using AI and its further development.
It is important to maintain balance and fairness when using neural networks. We hope these principles will be taken into account going forward.
