A Smart Business Assistant in Russia Learns to Assign Tasks by Listening
Artificial intelligence in the Bitrix24 service generated more than 20,000 tasks from voice and video input in just one month.
A new feature called AI Audio and Video Tasks has been added to the Russian CRM platform Bitrix24, which is used to automate business processes. In its first month alone, the tool was used to create more than 20,000 tasks.
The system recognizes speech in voice notes and video messages. Artificial intelligence algorithms analyze the recording, extract key information, and automatically generate a clearly structured task. The AI assigns a responsible person, sets deadlines, formulates the task description, and can even create checklists.
A New Level of Workplace Communication
The most active users are creating between 50 and 100 tasks per month using voice and video. According to Bitrix24, this approach adds a greater sense of emotional nuance and natural interaction to everyday workflows. AI technologies in Russia are increasingly reshaping how businesses communicate.
