A “Smart” Business Center to Open in Russia
A Russian tech company is creating an integrated suite of intelligent services for a new Moscow business center, allowing tenants to book rooms and control indoor climate through a web app.

Russian IT company Unicorn has developed a series of smart solutions for the Upside Kuntsevo business center now under construction in Moscow. Engineering systems, equipment, and the building‑management system have all been integrated into a single virtual platform.
Using a mobile app, tenants will be able to reserve offices or meeting rooms and issue access permissions for employees. They will also receive updates from the management company, track utility‑meter readings, and pay for services online.
Digital Investments
The business center will feature a video‑monitoring service with intelligent license‑plate recognition for fast entry to the premises. A dedicated set of tools is being developed for office spaces. With just two clicks, tenants will be able to set the desired temperature, adjust humidity, and measure CO₂ levels. All solutions are domestically developed.
According to Svetlana Perminova, CEO of Unicorn (TM Ujin), integrating a digital platform into property management is a direct response to market demand. Digital services, she noted, are an investment in the long‑term value of the property.
