For homeowners, the experience is nearly hands-free. Users can monitor everything remotely through the “My Gas Network” mobile app, which offers consumption stats, billing history, and system alerts — eliminating the need for manual readings and reducing the risk of errors.

Installation is quick and easy. No pipe replacement or major work is needed, and certified installers handle the process. Residents just have to submit an application to get started.
