All Russian Regions Join Unified Digital Governance System
The “Governor’s Dashboard” Connects Regional and Federal Authorities in Real Time

All 89 regions of Russia have now joined the country’s unified federal digital governance system, according to Dmitry Grigorenko, Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister overseeing digital development.
The system consolidates all administrative processes into a single digital platform, allowing regional and federal authorities to work with a shared, real-time data set. Federal ministries joined the platform last year — and now, regional governments are fully connected as well.
At the heart of the system is the “Governor’s Dashboard”, a centralized analytics panel that provides a live overview of each region’s performance. It displays key indicators such as the implementation of federal directives, budget execution, progress on national projects, construction of social infrastructure, and even regional ranking positions across various metrics.
All in One Platform
The system is flexible and can be customized for each region’s specific needs. Its main advantage, Grigorenko noted, is the elimination of data fragmentation — every government body now sees the same objective picture. Thanks to integration with Russia’s electronic document management system, regions can track the status of their requests to the federal government directly.
A mobile version of the Governor’s Dashboard will launch soon, offering regional leaders quick access to performance indicators and a dedicated section for addressing key local issues — signaling Russia’s full transition toward data-driven decision-making in public administration.
