Eastern Europe’s Largest Auto Parts Distributor Adopts Atom.RITA Platform

ARMTEK, the largest auto parts distributor in Eastern Europe, has deployed Atom.RITA (robotic process automation platform) developed by Greenatom, overhauling its automation systems.

Rather than replacing one tool with another, the company carried out a full reset of its robotic process automation environment as part of the transition to Atom.RITA.

ARMTEK now runs dozens of software robots across more than 45 servers. At the initial stage, specialists tested how effectively the platform could handle large-scale operations. After completing the trials, the company initiated a full rollout.

“With ARMTEK, we agreed from the outset that this would not be a one-to-one migration from SAP BPA. Our goal was to address the client’s core needs and fully redesign the RPA landscape. As a result, we built a system that enables the business to quickly deploy new automation scenarios and scale processes without placing a constant burden on IT teams,” said Margarita Konnykh, deputy director of the development center and head of software robotics at Greenatom.

Greenatom is part of Rosatom. The company develops its own software and supports and expands corporate IT systems, making technologies originally designed for the nuclear industry more widely accessible.
