In Russia’s Sakha Republic, Employment Services Are Being Automated

The chatbot helps residents find jobs and retraining courses and rate the work of employment consultants.

A new digital tool for residents has been introduced in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The regional State Committee for Employment Services announced the launch of a chatbot designed to help people search for jobs, choose retraining courses, and get answers to job-related questions.

The chatbot automatically collects and analyzes feedback from citizens who use government services for job placement and retraining programs. This data is expected to help improve service quality by quickly identifying weak points and highlighting effective practices.

Ratings via QR Codes

Each employment service consultant has been assigned a personal QR code. By scanning it, visitors can rate the quality of the consultation they received. The analytics system records every rating, creating a transparent feedback loop.

The next step will be the integration of artificial intelligence. Specialists are currently structuring a knowledge base to train an AI model that will be able to respond automatically to standard inquiries and speed up the delivery of information to citizens.

Automation is expected to allow employment service staff to focus on higher-priority issues and improve the quality of personalized consultations.
