Russia Will Build Corporate AI Agents on a Single Platform

A new Russian no‑code platform promises to streamline how enterprises create AI agents by unifying data tools, model training, and deployment into a single ecosystem

A Unified Platform for Corporate AI

MWS AI, part of MTS Web Services, has launched the MWS AI Agents Platform—a technology suite designed for building corporate applications powered by AI agents and multi‑agent systems. The platform has already passed internal testing and is being used by several MTS clients in the finance and healthcare sectors.

One of its core advantages is accessibility: users can create agents without programming skills. All configuration is done through a visual constructor, and finished agents can interact with users via websites, chats, corporate systems, and APIs.

Language Models Built In‑House

According to MWS AI, the platform includes tools for data preparation, annotation, model fine‑tuning, and quality monitoring. Its foundation consists of proprietary Cotype language and multimodal models, along with speech‑recognition and synthesis technologies. MTS has invested 4 billion rubles in the platform and related components, and developers estimate that it can reduce the cost of building AI products by at least a factor of six compared with traditional development approaches.

Real‑World Applications and Rapid Market Growth

The company already offers applied solutions built on AI agents: corporate search assistants, customer‑service automation tools, HR‑support modules, and legal‑department assistants. Revenue is growing rapidly, and by 2028 the company expects to capture around 10% of the Russian AI market and generate external revenue of 11 billion rubles.

Experts note that Russia’s corporate AI‑agent market is only beginning to form, and the emergence of several large platforms is a natural stage of development. Interest is driven by the promise of speeding up workflows, reducing errors, and integrating AI into business operations without complex development or large teams. Studies by Axenix and Moscow State University estimate that the economic impact of implementing AI agents can reach 15–40% depending on the industry.
