Skorozvon Adds Automatic Detection of Declining Calling Numbers

The Skorozvon service has released an update to its Call Carousel tool. The system continuously analyzes the phone numbers companies use for outbound calls. When the contact rate for a number begins to decline, the system automatically removes it from the active rotation and replaces it with another number.

Built on the Naumen Contact Center platform, the feature is designed to maintain a stable outbound calling conversion rate without manual oversight.

“Calling numbers lose their effectiveness faster than many people realize,” said Lyubov Chashchina, Head of Sales at Skorozvon. “During high-volume outbound campaigns, a number's contact rate can drop noticeably within just a few days—or even a few hours. Teams often discover the problem only after conversion rates have already fallen and resources have been wasted. Our service responds as soon as it detects the decline.”

The system automatically compares the average contact rate across the entire number pool with the performance of each individual number. Any number whose performance deteriorates is replaced with a randomly selected backup number that has not yet been used for outbound calls that day.
