Integrated cybersecurity projects: UDV Group and Innostage sign cooperation memorandum

Russian cybersecurity firms UDV Group and Innostage have signed a strategic partnership memorandum at the Kazan Digital Week forum, with Innostage adding UDV products to its solutions portfolio – a move aimed at strengthening Russia’s domestic information security ecosystem.

Expanding the solution stack

The partnership between UDV Group, a developer of technologies for secure use of modern digital systems, and Innostage, a cyber-resilience provider, is designed to broaden the range of cybersecurity solutions available to the market. Under the agreement, Innostage will integrate UDV Group’s technologies into its portfolio, enabling customers to adopt a comprehensive approach to improving the cyber-resilience of infrastructure across both critical enterprises and government organizations.

For the Russian IT and security market, the partnership carries particular weight. It reinforces domestic cybersecurity capabilities by combining a vendor’s technology stack with an integrator’s deep SOC expertise. This improves the competitiveness of Russian security solutions amid ongoing import substitution efforts and tighter regulatory requirements. The deal also underscores the importance of deploying end-to-end, cyber-resilient architectures across corporate and public-sector environments.

Export-ready solutions

At the initial stage, the UDV Group–Innostage partnership is focused on the domestic Russian market, covering enterprises, the public sector, and critical infrastructure assets in sectors such as energy, industry, and banking. However, in the medium term, the collaboration opens up notable export potential.

Innostage’s role as an integrator with a strong SOC-centric focus could support the development of integrated projects attractive to foreign partners in regions with similar digital security policies, including CIS countries and the Middle East. UDV Group’s technologies, certified by Russia’s FSTEC regulator and included in the national software registry, could become a core component of exportable solutions delivered as part of import substitution and digital sovereignty programs.

For us as a vendor, the key factor in choosing a strategic partner is not only market reach, but also depth of expertise. Innostage operates one of the strongest cybersecurity centers in the country, where specialists deal with real incidents on a daily basis and understand the threat landscape firsthand. Working together will allow us to build an integrated, fault-tolerant environment. We are ready to provide full technical support and jointly develop solutions that address the most pressing cybersecurity challenges

The combined UDV–Innostage product portfolio also positions the partners to compete for projects involving the design of cyber-resilient infrastructures, including SOCs, SIEM/SOAR platforms, traffic analysis, and physical security, for mid-sized and large enterprises. Demand for integrated cybersecurity systems continues to rise in Russia, particularly across industrial and government environments.

Replacing foreign technologies

UDV Group has previously demonstrated compatibility between its products and other domestic platforms. The company announced that its UDV DATAPK Industrial Kit version 1.19.0.4, a comprehensive cybersecurity solution for industrial control systems, is compatible with the certified Russian operating system RED OS 7.3. Testing covered installation, updates, and stable operation of both the operating system and the UDV software stack.

Over the past two years, several major vendors and system integrators have announced alliances in the SOC, SIEM, and OT security space to improve national-level technological resilience. One example is the partnership between VolgaBlob, Nubes, and Perspektivny Monitoring to create a rapidly deployable cloud SOC service that can be operational within a month.

Efforts to replace foreign products in critical infrastructure are ongoing, with certified domestic SIEM and SOAR platforms playing a central role. According to Solar, combining these two technology classes on a single platform can reduce deployment and maintenance costs by up to 40%. Other Russian solutions include MaxPatrol O2 from Positive Technologies, R-Vision SOAR, and UDV ePlat4m SOAR.

Consolidation of cybersecurity expertise

The memorandum signed by UDV Group and Innostage reflects more than a general trend toward consolidation in Russia’s cybersecurity market. It represents a strategic step toward building integrated solutions capable of delivering full-cycle protection, from network layers and physical perimeters to SOC operations.

The partnership is expected to strengthen both companies’ positions in Russia’s corporate and public sectors. Growth is anticipated in joint projects for regional infrastructures and integrated offerings for key verticals such as energy, industry, and finance. Against the backdrop of import substitution and digital sovereignty priorities, consolidation among domestic cybersecurity experts is likely to be a defining trend over the next two to three years.
