Orenburg Region Launches a Unified Digital Budget Platform
A new information system streamlines budget management and administrative operations across the region

A Centralized System for Regional Finance
The Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Orenburg Region has launched an innovative platform for managing the regional budget process, the agency reported. The system was recognized at the international business forum “1C:ERP,” where, for the first time, a government agency won the award in the category “Best Comprehensive Project.”
The unified centralized system for managing financial and administrative activities integrates all budget processes in the region. It is deployed in the region’s own Data Processing Center, and the entire infrastructure operates on Russian software — including server operating systems and database‑management systems.
The Entire Budget in One Platform
All executive bodies and their subordinate institutions — about 24,500 employees — are connected to the platform. They use it to carry out budget processes, manage personnel records, generate reports, and calculate salaries.
Financial operations in the region have become more open, transparent, and faster. The system enables effective control of budget funds and accelerates decision‑making — creating a more efficient and accountable regional financial ecosystem.
