Russians Can Now Get Land Registry Advice Through a New Mobile App
A new government service lets citizens consult real estate experts online without setting foot in an office.

Residents of Russia’s northern Arkhangelsk region and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug can now get free legal and cadastral advice through “MP.Inspector”, a new mobile app launched by the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr).
The service allows users to submit questions related to land ownership, inspections, or legal disputes remotely. To use it, citizens file a request through the Gosuslugi public services portal, briefly describe their issue, and choose the online consultation option via the app. Rosreestr then schedules a virtual meeting with an expert.
Faster, Easier, and Free
Rosreestr has become one of Russia’s most digitally advanced public agencies. Its “Eva” digital registrar accelerates property registration, while the “Smart Cadastre” system uses AI to detect thousands of unclaimed plots of land across the country.
Together, these services signal a shift toward a fully digital real estate ecosystem — one where government paperwork happens not in line at an office, but on your phone.
