Russian Tech Firms Sign Key Deals at Dubai’s GITEX Expo
Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, and EdTech Solutions from Russia Attract Partners Across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia

Russian developers made a strong showing at the GITEX Global Technology Exhibition in Dubai, where 32 companies showcased their innovations under the national brand “Made in Russia.” Their solutions — ranging from cybersecurity software and business analytics platforms to industrial equipment and VR training systems — drew significant attention from international partners.
Throughout the event, Russian exhibitors held talks with more than 80 potential partners, including distributors, government agencies, and private firms. C-Cure signed cooperation agreements with companies from the UAE and Saudi Arabia to strengthen enterprise cybersecurity. PromVR reported high demand for its virtual-reality simulators that train workers to perform hazardous industrial operations safely. Visiology presented a business intelligence platform designed for large teams of 500 or more users. Meanwhile, Russian software company Nexign received a MEA Business Award for its convergent billing system — a recognition of excellence in telecom innovation.
“Made in Russia” Gains Global Momentum
The success at GITEX highlights both the growing competitiveness and export potential of Russian IT products in global markets. Exhibitors noted the importance of state-backed export initiatives in helping them reach international audiences.
The strong interest from partners across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia demonstrates that Russia’s tech sector is not only expanding beyond domestic markets but also establishing itself as a credible player in the global digital economy.
