The service is designed not only for visitors but also for local residents looking for ideas for walks and leisure activities.
Filipok can suggest nearby attractions, cafes, and hotels, recommend walking routes, and provide information about themed events. It offers ready-made leisure options, helps users plan their weekends, and makes it easier to explore the region’s tourism offerings.
Users can access the assistant at визиттула.рф. The chat window is on the homepage, and a conversation starts when users click the “Ask” button. Filipok is currently in training mode, with user questions helping the team refine the service.
The digital guide is intended to make travel around the region more convenient and tourist information more accessible. The development of services like this supports the goals of Russia’s national project Turizm I Gostepriimstvo (Tourism and Hospitality), which aims to improve the quality of tourism services and develop the country’s tourism industry.
