Russia’s Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC Russia) issued Certificate No. 5121 on October 20, 2026.

The certificate confirms that R-Vision VM is classified as an information security assessment and analysis tool for information that does not contain state secrets. The system meets Trust Level 4 requirements established by FSTEC Russia’s 2020 document, Information Security Requirements Establishing Trust Levels for Information Security Technical Protection Tools and IT Security Assurance Tools. The certificate is valid through October 20, 2031.

The certification permits the solution to be used in information systems subject to stringent security requirements. These include Class 1 state information systems, Category 1 significant facilities of critical information infrastructure, and personal data information systems requiring Security Level 1 protection.

For customers, the certification enables them to use R-Vision VM on the R-Vision EVO platform to assess and monitor infrastructure security in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the conditions of the certificate.
