Rostec subsidiary Rosel has introduced a universal monitoring system, Zenit, already in use at airports and now ready for deployment at nuclear energy sites.

Rosel, part of the state corporation Rostec, has unveiled Zenit, a fully domestic digital platform that integrates real-time data from multiple sensors into a single control center. The system not only optimizes logistics but also prevents emergencies. Its deployment underscores Russia’s technological sovereignty and showcases the country’s ability to create sophisticated digital products that set new safety and efficiency standards for transport and energy sectors worldwide.

Zenit collects and analyzes information from diverse sources: the location of specialized equipment, runway conditions, lighting systems, and power supply performance. All data flows into one center and is displayed in a clear, operator-friendly format. The system also equips staff with secure radio communications with a range of up to 20 kilometers. It helps prevent unauthorized access to critical areas and equipment collisions. Thanks to smart analytics, Zenit can optimize routes and cut resource consumption — fuel, lubricants, and reagents — by up to 15%.

Initially designed for airports, the platform can be easily adapted to manage infrastructure at seaports, river terminals, major rail hubs, and strategically important facilities such as nuclear and hydroelectric power plants. Its flexibility proves that advanced Russian digital solutions can be scaled across multiple industries.
