Russia Launches First AI-Powered Digital Concierge

A residential complex in Moscow is now home to Ardi, Russia’s first digital concierge equipped with artificial intelligence.
The country’s first AI-integrated digital concierge named Ardi is now operating in a residential complex in Moscow. Ardi can communicate freely with residents, visitors, delivery personnel, and building management staff across a variety of scenarios, according to a report by Housing and Utilities News.
Property management companies in Russia are increasingly applying AI for diverse purposes—from analyzing client and internal infrastructure chats and big data to identifying patterns in customer requests and automating daily operations.
lena Zhiltsova, head of client services at VYSOTA-SERVICE Group, said their AI assistant for cleaning requests now attaches post-service photos taken by employees and generates well-formulated responses. As a result, the time from request submission to task completion has been cut in half.
Machine learning technologies are also helping utility services respond faster to resident complaints and emergencies. According to Mikhail Ermakov, operations director at Papushevo Park, AI deployment in residential buildings is significantly enhancing service quality and resident satisfaction.
At the same time, developers are being reminded of the importance of robust cybersecurity to protect the app from hacking attempts and safeguard resident accounts.
