Digital Sergei Korolev to Speak With Visitors at Nauka 0+ Festival
A neural network called Korolev AI, a digital representation of Soviet space designer Sergei Korolev, will be presented at the Nauka 0+ festival in Moscow. It was developed by Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
The festival will take place from October 9 to 11 at more than 100 venues across Moscow and will be dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the first human spaceflight. Korolev AI will be available to visitors on October 11 at the Engineering Galaxy venue at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
“Festival participants will get to know a digital representation of the outstanding designer and scientist Sergei Pavlovich Korolev – the Korolev AI neural network created by Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Visitors to Nauka 0+ will not only be able to interact with the digital representation of the researcher but also learn more about how artificial intelligence technologies are being used in educational and popular science projects,” the organizers said.
The university has prepared interactive exhibits, game zones and workshops, as well as lectures by scientists and quizzes.
“Our festival venue is an invitation to take the first step into science and engineering,” said Mikhail Gordin, rector of Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
