At Moscow’s biggest beauty expo, developers showed how artificial intelligence can design custom cosmetic formulas in seconds.
At InterCHARM, Russia’s largest cosmetics exhibition, innovators demonstrated how AI is transforming the beauty industry. The technology can instantly analyze millions of data points and generate unique ingredient combinations tailored to specific cosmetic goals.
According to Alexander Serov, director of a professional cosmetics manufacturer interviewed by REN TV, one new post-procedure facial spray was created almost entirely through digital design — with AI suggesting several base formulas that cosmetologists later refined and adapted for production.
Innovation as the New Beauty Standard
Developers say they simply gave the AI a technical brief and received multiple ready-to-test formulations within moments. After fine-tuning, the product went into full-scale production.
The Moscow forum brought together more than 1,500 companies from around the world, highlighting how artificial intelligence is driving a wave of innovation across the global beauty industry. Experts agree: in 2025, the future of cosmetics is as much about data and algorithms as it is about skincare itself.
