Russian developer Teamly, which builds employee management and training platforms, has introduced an AI-powered search system for internal documents and knowledge bases. The solution can be deployed in public administration. As more government services move into digital formats, Russian authorities are increasingly relying on them to deliver public services. The next step, developers say, is optimizing work with large volumes of data, as locating the right document or regulation can take significant time.

Minutes Instead of Hours

With Teamly’s tools, that process can be reduced to minutes. The system can retrieve information, generate responses, merge databases, manage document version control, define access rights, and assist in preparing official materials.

According to CEO Vladimir Manerov, digitizing documents alone is not enough. What matters is ensuring fast and accurate access to data repositories. AI can streamline search processes while minimizing the risk of relying on outdated or incomplete information.

The developer provides the underlying security framework, while the organization configures access controls and can operate the system within a closed internal infrastructure.
