Catalyst for Growth: Russian Company Unveils Innovative Online Board and AI Assistant
Rostec subsidiary RT-Techpriemka has introduced MyBoards, a Russian-built collaboration platform and an enterprise-grade AI assistant, designed to streamline workflows, replace foreign services, and boost productivity across industries.

A Russian Alternative to Popular Services
RT-Techpriemka showcased its new platform, MyBoards, at the XV City-IT conference in Tomsk. The product is positioned as Russia’s answer to Miro—an interactive online board that enables teams to brainstorm, share feedback, and collaborate on projects in real time. MyBoards delivers comparable functionality while ensuring independence from foreign software ecosystems, giving teams tools to visualize plans and coordinate tasks without restrictions.
Quick Start, Smarter Features
During the presentation, developers demonstrated how multiple users can work simultaneously on a single document and how the application preserves state across browser tabs. Artificial intelligence plays a central role: MyBoards now includes an audio transcription feature powered by large Russian language models, with open-source solutions under testing for integration into online boards.

Already, 15,000 users rely on the platform to simplify planning and create spaces for collaborative, creative work. Another innovation unveiled by RT-Techpriemka was an enterprise-grade AI assistant integrated into MyBoards. It takes on routine tasks—answering standard HR queries about travel, leave, and policies—and helps new employees adapt quickly. By automating these processes, the assistant frees staff for more complex work and increases overall efficiency.
Driving Russia’s Digital Transformation
The decision to debut MyBoards at City-IT was symbolic. The annual conference is a major forum for IT and education experts, with this year’s agenda centered on the challenges of digital transformation in industry. In 2025, the event gathered 2,300 attendees and 114 speakers from across Russia, presenting domestic alternatives to foreign digital services.

All showcased products align with Russia’s import substitution policy. Tools like MyBoards meet strong demand among enterprises that are increasingly adopting internal platforms and AI assistants for HR and customer support. With corporations and government agencies investing heavily in local infrastructure, software, and security, demand for robust domestic solutions is only set to grow.
Cutting Costs and Expanding Reach
Looking ahead, MyBoards could evolve into a national standard for workplace collaboration, with particular promise in government and industry. By reducing operating costs and automating repetitive tasks, it supports competitiveness in Russia’s IT sector and lowers dependence on foreign platforms.
Developers also see export potential in markets aiming to reduce reliance on Western IT services. But success will depend on product quality, ability to adapt to client needs, and the level of user trust. Future improvements may include enhanced dialogue capabilities for the AI assistant, integration with enterprise document management systems, and mobile integration.

Ultimately, MyBoards and its AI assistant represent part of a larger global trend: the push for localized, secure software solutions that reduce exposure to external risks and create new opportunities for domestic IT growth.
