GORPROEKT Design Institute Gets Its Own Social Network
KORUS Consulting has launched an HRM platform, K-Team, for the GORPROEKT design institute on the Bitrix24 platform. The solution unifies corporate services in a single digital space.
The platform covers employee communications, internal collaboration, joint work on projects, and knowledge sharing.
"It is important to us that, behind their work tasks, employees see each other not only as specialists but as people with shared interests. The platform helps maintain these connections and preserve the sense of a single team as the company grows," said Elena Buravtseva, head of the HR department at GORPROEKT JSC.
According to her, the portal has become not only a tool for work tasks but also an internal corporate social network.
Alexander Nevinchany, Director of the K-Team department and Deputy Director General of KORUS Consulting Group, noted that the solution reduces operating costs, increases engagement and retention of key employees, and scales with the company without losing performance.
