IT Imperial Deploys Video Analytics at Moscow Food Production Facility
An AI-powered video analytics system is now monitoring ten core production processes at a Moscow food manufacturing facility.
IT Imperial has begun deploying a video analytics system at a Moscow enterprise that prepares meals for medical institutions. Rather than analyzing individual images, the system continuously monitors the entire production process. The AI compares employees' actions against predefined operating procedures. When it detects a deviation, the incident is immediately recorded and the relevant video footage is sent to designated personnel.
According to the developer, the new system is designed to help improve the quality of products manufactured at the facility.
As of July 2026, the first phase of the deployment has been completed. The platform monitors more than ten production processes, including the use of personal protective equipment, compliance with hand hygiene procedures, passage through sanitary access control, and the separation of raw and finished products. The system's architecture also allows additional production processes to be brought under automated monitoring without requiring major infrastructure upgrades.
