Russian Company Develops Microwave Signal Generator for Electronics Testing
The new device is designed for engineers developing next-generation radio-frequency and communications equipment.

Saratov-based company Mig Treyding has developed the MBG100A microwave signal generator. The device is widely applicable in the development of communications, navigation, and other radio-frequency systems. It generates radio signals at precisely defined frequencies, allowing engineers to test and validate electronic equipment. Until recently, developers relied primarily on imported instruments, but the MBG100A offers a domestically produced alternative.
The company expects the generator to see broad use in the research, development, and production of advanced radio-electronic systems operating at frequencies of up to 40 GHz. The device incorporates state-of-the-art engineering solutions and is described as delivering performance comparable to the best imported instruments from leading global manufacturers. It is also certified as a domestically manufactured product under Russia's ST-1 certification program.
