Russians Will Be Able to Rate a Digital Concierge on Three Metrics

A new system displays key performance indicators for property management companies in real time.

Russian software company Filosoft has launched a performance monitoring tool called Puls UK within its Majordom ecosystem, the company said in a statement.

The system automatically collects data from the Majordom ecosystem in real time and displays key indicators of a property management company’s performance.

The new functionality allows residents to assess how their management company is doing. Tracking request fulfillment and service quality through specific metrics becomes easier, helping identify weak points and optimize service processes.

Loyalty and Satisfaction

The analytics are based on three indicators: the share of service requests completed on time by category; a resident satisfaction index, calculated as an average score on a five-point scale; and a loyalty index, which reflects the ratio of residents willing to recommend their management company to those who are neutral or dissatisfied.

“Transparency is a key trend in property management. When residents see real performance metrics and management companies receive clear analytics, it changes the quality of interaction. Emotional disputes give way to data-driven discussions and, most importantly, to partnership,” said Filosoft CEO Ivan Vlasov.

Earlier, the company reported that a new Majordom feature is being tested in residential complexes in Moscow: an AI-powered digital concierge built on the GigaChat platform that responds instantly to user requests.

The digital assistant operates around the clock, helping residents issue guest passes, submit service requests to management companies, set up smart home scenarios, and get answers to questions.
