Domovoy Pomoshchnik ZhKH Expands in Penza Region

The Penza Region is expanding the Domovoy Pomoshchnik ZhKH (Housing and Utilities Assistant) digital service, which runs on the MAX platform and is integrated with Gosuslugi Dom. Its goal is to make communication between residents and property management companies more transparent and speed up responses to requests.

The assistant accepts and registers requests for repairs, cleaning and emergency work, assigns each request a number and deadline, and sorts requests into categories such as elevators, entrances, courtyards, basements and utility networks. The service also reminds residents to submit utility meter readings and pay their bills, and provides information about scheduled outages and upcoming major repairs.

All requests submitted through the service are considered official and must be handled within the deadlines established by law. Residents can track the status of a request at any time through their personal account.

Residents can join the service by entering their building’s chat through the Gosuslugi Dom app or by scanning a QR code displayed on a notice board in the building entrance or at the property management company’s office.

According to the developers, the service has already helped reduce the number of repeat requests from residents and improve compliance among property management organizations. After the pilot phase is completed, the project is expected to be expanded to all municipalities in the region.
