DPD Unveils Upgraded Voice Assistant and Parcel Search System
The logistics operator is rolling out new tools as part of a broader push toward deep technology transformation.

Logistics operator DPD showcased new developments at the ECOM Expo'26, including an upgraded version of its voice assistant Yulya and an automated parcel search system based on analyzing shipment contents.
The Yulya assistant has been in use at DPD for several years, with major upgrades introduced last year. It can now act as an operational agent, adjusting delivery dates and routing for shipments, as well as generating tasks for sorting centers.
The parcel search system is currently in a pilot phase. The company says the approach is the first on the market to combine computer vision, machine learning, and natural language processing to identify unidentified shipments.
According to DPD representatives, both developments reflect the company’s strategic push toward deep technological transformation.
