Clients can choose from a range of language models and connect their own knowledge bases using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). With RAG, a large language model (LLM) answers queries using data retrieved from both corporate databases and the web.

Because client documents and instructions are linked directly to the model, AI agents essentially become knowledge carriers and can act as subject-matter experts. Different models are available depending on the task and budget—from budget-friendly GPT 4.1 nano to top-tier GPT-5. The chatbot interface is prebuilt and can be embedded into a website or app in minutes.
