Artificial intelligence systems with predictive analytics for housing and utilities management have been launched in the SberCity smart district, according to project CEO Andrey Likhachev.
He said AI models are being integrated into residential management across several key areas, including communication with residents and technical building operations.
Digital solutions are increasingly replacing contact center dispatchers in routine tasks, significantly simplifying communication between residents and property management companies. One example is a smart chatbot equipped with a large knowledge base.
Predictive Analytics for Housing Infrastructure
Another direction involves monitoring the performance of engineering equipment.
Predictive analytics tools analyze engineering system parameters in real time and detect even minor deviations from normal conditions before a failure occurs.
According to the project’s leadership, artificial intelligence tools can make cities cleaner, daily life safer, and relationships between residents and property management companies more transparent.
