AI Assistant Launches on Russia’s Radio Electronics Marketplace
The new tool helps engineers and manufacturers select products, technologies, and expertise tailored to specific industrial tasks.
An AI consultant has been introduced on PCAT.ru, a digital platform created by the Rosel holding. The service is designed for industrial users and aims to simplify the selection of solutions for engineering and production challenges.
The AI assistant recommends products, technologies, and competencies in plain, non-technical language, tailored to a specific task. If the query goes beyond its built-in expertise, the system asks clarifying questions and brings a manufacturer into the consultation.
Understands Context and Explains Decisions
A key feature of the AI consultant is its ability to grasp context – including the industry, intended use, operating conditions, security requirements, and project scale. Along with its recommendations, the assistant explains why certain solutions fit the task, how they relate to each other, and which technology chains stand behind them.
The assistant draws on PCAT.ru’s database, which includes more than 1,000 products and over 300 production and engineering competencies from Rosel enterprises and other companies within the Rostec state corporation.
