Export 2.0: Digital Analytics Opens New Markets
Russian businesses are steadily expanding into new international markets, with the digital platform Moi Eksport (My Export) playing a central role in this shift. This year, the platform introduced four new services focused on foreign market analytics, export potential assessment, and document workflow automation, signaling a move toward data-driven export strategies.

Export Analytics
Clients of the Moi Eksport platform, which serves not only large manufacturers but also small and medium-sized enterprises across Russia, now use it to supply products to more than 200 countries worldwide.
The new Moi Eksport services enable companies to make informed strategic decisions. Beyond insurance and credit support, the platform provides high-quality analytics: which products are in demand in Uzbekistan versus Germany, how much similar goods are already being exported there from other countries, what tariffs and certification requirements apply, and how to optimize documentation packages. This is particularly important for SMEs, which often cannot afford international consultants or expensive datasets from foreign analytics firms.
Made in Russia
As part of state support, platform users receive export assistance at nearly every stage of their project – from partner search to the signing of supply contracts. Moi Eksport brings together more than 120 services within a single digital environment. Access is limited to non-commodity exporters, including machinery manufacturers, forestry companies, and agricultural producers.

Promotion efforts are carried out under the Sdelano v Rossii (Made in Russia) program. “These include exhibitions, festival fairs, business missions, advertising campaigns, an online platform with catalogs of Russian products, and promotional activities on international marketplaces,” Veronika Nikishina, CEO of the Russian Export Center, told Kommersant.
This integrated export ecosystem has been built as part of the national project International Cooperation and Export.
The Evolution of Support
Strategic exporter support through the platform is provided by the Russian Export Center (REC, part of the VEB.RF Group). It launched Moi Eksport in 2020 as a single online window for accessing government services. Since then, the ecosystem has expanded significantly. Among recent developments are the automated issuance of certificates of origin and the integration of phytosanitary and veterinary controls with a number of partner countries.

In 2025, the Export Assistant was introduced – an AI-powered tool that selects support measures based on a company’s profile and generates a personalized export strategy. This improves decision quality and reduces the risk of unsuccessful market entry.
Digital Infrastructure
Moi Eksport strengthens Russia’s digital infrastructure for foreign economic activity and lowers barriers to entering new markets. For businesses, access to a broad range of support tools means reduced costs, faster time-to-market for overseas expansion, and higher-quality strategic planning.
The platform plays a particularly important role in helping Russian companies adapt to markets in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, where local specifics can be decisive for deal success. For the economy as a whole, export digitalization supports revenue growth, job creation in export-oriented sectors, and the global competitiveness of Russian products.

By 2030, the platform could be integrated with customs, logistics, and financial systems, forming a single digital chain from analysis to contract execution. In the long term, this would not only increase export efficiency but also strengthen Russia’s technological sovereignty in foreign trade.
