Russian Company Automates Business With an Intelligent Platform
Software robots are saving thousands of hours of manual work each year.

In 2025, Softline transformed into an investment and technology holding, bringing together high-tech companies and actively expanding its IT portfolio. The press service of Softline Group told IT Russia about the results of the past year.
One of the key areas is the development of the ROBIN intelligent automation platform. Dozens of business processes have already been automated on its basis. For example, more than 70 software robots created for Gazpromtrans are saving thousands of hours of manual labor annually.
From “Gennady” to Import Substitution
The company continues to scale its solutions in the public sector and education, ranging from the “Gennady” robot to import substitution projects based on domestic operating systems and proprietary hardware. The Gennady robot, created in 2023 for the St. Petersburg city administration, expanded its functionality this year through the integration of neural networks. The robot uses AI to analyze application forms across seven parameters, speeding up recruitment processes.
Technology Above All
In 2026, the company plans to increase the share of its own AI solutions and services in revenue and further develop its cluster-based model – from FabricaONE.AI, with its intelligent automation and industrial software products, to SF Tech, with its range of equipment and laser systems.
